May – SEXUAL ASSAULT AWARENESS MONTH: Sexual Assault Awareness through various forms of Public Education.
June 21st – NATIONAL ABORIGINAL DAY: Recognizing and celebrating the important contributions made to Canada by First Nations, Inuit and Metis peoples with a day long celebration and activities.
September – TAKE BACK THE NIGHT: A rally and march through our streets intended as protest and direct action against rape and sexual violence.
November – WOMAN ABUSE AWARENESS MONTH: Raises awareness and informs the public of the consequences of domestic violence and the importance of standing up against it.
November 25th – INTERNATIONAL DAY FOR THE ELIMINATION OF VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN: Marks the first day of the 16 days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence.
December 6th – NATIONAL DAY OF REMEMBERANCE AND ACTION ON VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN: Rememberance ceremony for the lives lost in 1989 at Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal.
December – CHRISTMAS WISH: Through community support, low income families are shown the true meaning of Christmas.
